Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Basic domestic shipping is £3.95 and free on orders over £35

Please contact us for expedited shipping and we will gladly arrange a quote. 

Many of our products are handmade in our workshop to the customer order. Once ready for dispatch we will endeavor to ship with an arrival time of up to 3 working days from completion. Expedited shipping is available on request with possibility of 24h options available 

We strive to be as environmentally friendly as possible and aim for our packaging to be 100% recyclable. In fact we have sourced cardboard that comes from 70% recycled material and have gone to great efforts to develop packaging that is not just strong but also fully recyclable. 

Phoenix Wood Design use different shipping agents who generally provide a shipping and tracking number. We will endeavor to forward a dispatch email and include the tracking number where applicable

In the very unlikely event an item is not received in the allotted time frame or damaged in shipping please contact sales@phoenixwooddesign.co.uk and we will gladly assist to resolve. 

The standard shipping rate quoted may be subject to change if Phoenix Wood Design consider the recipient address to be in a high rate shipping location and may result in cancelation of the order to allow a re quote of the shipping fees.
